A sewage backup isn't something a mop handles safely. Our Sewage Cleanup response starts with containment and protective equipment, because the priority is safety first, cleanup second.

Containment goes up before extraction starts, because the goal isn't just removing the water, it's making sure contamination doesn't spread into rooms that were never affected.
We'd rather explain the sewage cleanup process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Every sewage job follows documented contamination protocol, not an improvised approach.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
We treat contamination emergencies with urgency, since delay raises exposure risk.
We don't treat sewage cleanup as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Water gets classified as Category 3 blackwater immediately, which sets the entire response protocol.
Extraction happens under full PPE with controlled disposal of the contaminated water.
Carpet, pad, and drywall that contacted blackwater are removed rather than dried in place.
Disinfection follows removal of unsalvageable materials, covering the entire affected zone.
Odor gets addressed through disinfection and controlled airflow, not masked with fragrance.
Final sign-off includes both moisture and contamination checks, not just one.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified sewage cleanup result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Sewage Cleanup work.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
We don't cherry-pick which sewage cleanup jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.

Bartholomew F., MasonThese are the questions we hear most often about sewage cleanup, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Aqua Guard Water Damage dispatches sewage cleanup specialists throughout Mason and the surrounding zip codes, including 38049.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Mason address isn't treated as a lower priority for sewage cleanup.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our sewage cleanup service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
